Purchased on 02/03/2020. Died on 03/17/2020. Most of the time it won't turn on. If it turns on, then only for a moment and then off. My return window ended on March 4th. I don't know what to do now. Update: I called the phone number that came with a customer service camera and spoke to a very nice lady named Don. She expedited the RMA process for me and I should have a replacement next week. I'm still not sure how I feel about the camera and will keep my opinions that way until this is over and I use the new one for a while. However, I have to say that I am VERY impressed with Kodak's customer service. When I called Don I already had an email from her with an RMA form and a label that I could print out for free. It is impressive. I would like to add that Dawn told me that this camera generally doesn't like Ultra SD cards. Mine worked fine as long as the camera worked. So just a warning and information for those who are going to buy this camera.
