My comforter is a joke! First of all there’s NO SHAMS in the package. Then when I open the package, and put it on my bed, I find out that the comforter is sewn improperly, so to put it on my bed and have the pattern correct, I have to put it sideways instead of the normal way that it should be in order to fit my bed. I’m so upset because I have no idea how I’m going to make this big comforter shrink down to fit in that little tiny package again in order to take it back to a UPS store. It’s ridiculous that I’m a prime member who gets free shipping right to my door, yet I now have to take packages back to the UPS store to return them or pay to have UPS pick them up from my home. This is ridiculous and extremely difficult for someone who is disabled! It defeats the point of ebay being a to your home service.Now the one good thing that I love about it, is that it is very soft, it is lightweight, and I really love the pattern. It’s just a shame that it’s useless to me. On top of that I have no idea how to get a hold of customer support to even ask them about it. So if they don’t make it right no I will never purchase again from this company. I don’t know if everything is made in China now or what but it seems like everything made in China is a hit or miss on what we receive. The color could be different, things like this happens and you don’t know. Sizes could be different, even though it’s the exact same thing and the exact same size. I’m so over getting things made in China and not being able to use them or return them. So buyer beware!Update:I initiated an exchange and later was told there is no queens that’s available and therefore customer service stated she was going to issue a return and refund. But instead the exchange came in another king size which now makes me have to return two of them. I am changing my stars to three because the first time I posted I had stated that there were no shams included. However that said when I went to pack it up again to return it, the shams were sticking to the inside of the comforter so I changed it to a three because I do like the comforter I love the material the way it feels it’s lightweight soft and great, however the first one in the pattern was still not correct and therefore I can only give it a three. After all of this mess I’m ending up having to return both of them because they’re king-size and not queen size and again because of the errors listed above, but because the customer service was so good at helping I decided to order another one but in a different pattern, not the one I love but it isn’t queen size and it still has the same soft feel as this one. So if you’re in need of a king queen or twin and a very soft comforter that feels very much like a feather down comforter I highly recommend this one. This company. But I still can only give it a three of all the chaos I had a door to get to what I wanted. Thank you though customer service for being honest I’m trying to make it right.
