Review on Cable Man 6000 G5C Cord Protector by Ickey Case

I purchased a similar product from Office Depot but the cable channel wasn't big enough for the heavy duty surge protector cable so I had to return it. This cable protector from Cable Man definitely nailed it and there was plenty of room in the center channel for a thick cable. It's durable and got the job done in the high traffic area of our home. I only needed about 4 feet so I had to cut to fit the space I needed. It was a bit tricky to cut, but that just goes to show that the material it's made of is strong and sturdy. The groove that needs to be cut to open the channel is very easy to cut. The ends twisted but I twisted the opposite way and then put something on the end and it straightened up overnight. I would definitely recommend this particular cord protector for heavy duty extension cords or surge cords as it has larger channels to accommodate thicker cords.
