Many wipes are dry and unusable.
They work well but I don't recommend them. I bought two packs of 30 carat boxes and already lost count of how many packs I opened that contained a completely dry tissue. I contacted the manufacturer through their website but received no response. Individually, these things are quite expensive, especially since a third to half has to be thrown in the garbage. The product expiry date is 2022.
