It's been a long time since I've used mechanical keyboards, but due to the hype surrounding their ease of use, I've decided to give it another try. It took me a few weeks to get used to the feel and sounds of this type of keyboard and to be honest I was going to return it after a week (it just seemed so "old school") but I decided to stick with her keyboard usage grew a bit more on me. I like the keyboard backlight (although the different lighting options are just a gimmick to me). The only thing that bothers me is that the brightness setting resets every time the computer is restarted (or turned off/on). I don't understand why Logitech just doesn't remember the last brightness setting, since it's a simple setting that could be turned on. Overall I love this keyboard and have decided to keep it, but I definitely won't get another one. one when it's time for a swap/upgrade.
