Review on ONtime Employee Manager by Chuck Hernandez

I like that it has many options available for you to use as far as scheduling go. It took me quite some time before I was able to find all features available on this software. The overall layout seems very confusing at first but once it's used regularly becomes easier to navigate. It does make things more organized in our office so we can easily see where each employee is throughout the day. We also have been using their app called "ON Time" which allows us to send messages directly from there instead of having to use email or phone calls. I like that you can pull up previous reports for easy reference when needed or just simply look back at your employee's history in one place! The system has been very user friendly since it first launched but there are still some things we'd love added such as being able to add notes directly from our mobile devices without having to go into another app (which would be great!). We have used this software before with other companies so they were familiar w/it already which helped make transition easier.
