I bought it a little over 2 years ago and have been wearing it almost every day since. Finally he has served his sentence and today he will be kicked out. The tape material literally falls apart. Resizing and cropping is very easy. For best results, use a utility knife with a fresh blade and a straight edge. Make small cuts and check the fit. If you cut off too much, it's over! The ratchet works great. Haven't slipped in 2 years. It takes a bit of fiddling to unlatch and remove the strap, but it quickly becomes second nature. The main comment is the belt material itself. It's not as durable as it could be. After about 18 months it started cracking on the sides, mostly on the back. Then, about a week ago, the belt's front panel broke off about an inch from the buckle, exposing the inner layer of belt material. I think the durability is okay for a $20 belt, but I have a few that cost just a little more and last a lot longer. Full Disclosure. I love the ratchet strap so much I have ordered 2 more. It adjusts in about 1/4" increments instead of 1" and is much quicker to put on and take off. I just wish the tape material held up better.
