These are so nice for both yoga and just working your arms while sitting on the couch. Easy to grip and hold onto, especially when flowing through a yoga flow routine. The sleek design makes it so you never have to worry about bumping the ends against your hips or thigh. The carrying case is a nice bonus to carry them to yoga classes if you want to amp up your workout. I like them just to do some extra arm work while watching tv. Cute. Portable. Easy to use. Love them!
