Many people have spoken badly of this container in reviews, saying that it breaks easily. Well I won't lie I didn't even want to buy it but I needed a good salad bowl to take my lunch to work so I bought it anyway. The people who bought this bowl must not have handled it carefully. It will probably break if you don't take good care of it. When I first got it I was disappointed because I felt it was too small. But after a few days I noticed I was losing weight, the portion size must have helped me manage my portions a bit better. So it actually helped me because it reduced my stomach and helped me lose weight which I really needed as I gained 30lbs during quarantine. If you are on a diet or keto. Got it. This is perfect for managing portion sizes. I don't put salad dressing in the little pink container in the middle. I use dried cranberries instead. It's too small for salad dressing.
