Review on DynaMiX by Patrick Biletnikoff

I was looking forward to browsing their area rugs in the hopes of finding the one that would complete my living space. But when I got to their site, I was dismayed to see how small and out-of-date everything was. The patterns and colors were uninteresting and lacked vibrancy. I was skeptical at first, but ultimately decided to give their rug protectors a shot in order to preserve my already-existing rug. My encounters with these items were similarly disheartening. My rugs looked wrinkled and old after only a few weeks of use despite being protected by the pads. I tried to contact their customer service department for assistance, but they were rude and useless when I did. They were obviously not concerned with answering my questions or ensuring that I had a good time while shopping. My overall impression of purchasing rug add-ons from Home Dynamix online was one of frustration and disappointment. I wouldn't recommend purchasing with them because of how limited their selection is, how low-quality their products are, and how unhelpful their customer support is.
