Charges iPhone 11 with PD 9v, full 20w. I even plugged in my Chromebook 20V cable and it wouldn't charge when the system was open, but when I have it in sleep mode it charges the 20V battery at 1.1 amps (22W). More than I expected! I connected it to a 24V power supply for testing. No 20V will be connected to a 12V power supply, QC will also work. 2 and 3. 20V output works with QC. The device does not turn on automatically, you have to press the small button. The voltage LEDs are quite bright.
