I did not purchase this product from Revain. Out of necessity, I made a short detour to the micro center. I work remotely for a large software company and a large project has been assigned to me. I'm using a Toshiba laptop and running Vista. This particular product was the only one that claimed to be Vista compatible, so I bought it. It costs a little more than Revain. I had no problems with the installation. I plugged it into one of the USB ports and it installed right away. Within a minute it was ready to go. I've found that with the few USB accessories I use, sometimes one of my USB ports doesn't recognize it. Usually you need a few attempts at the port and then it works. So for those who gave up on the first try. Please try again. This is not a product. This is your USB port. I highly recommend this product. And for those who have complained after only plugging it in once, they are ashamed. You need to learn more about how your laptop works before you complain.
