As others said, but I didn't listen ---- it's small, the backs are very small, and maybe when I was young, I could easily tighten the backs, but it doesn't follow me. I don't even think my 29 year old daughter struggles with it. The other issue was that the screws on the back end at a point well beyond the width of my earlobe, so they don't fit. Hope that helps!
