What a great upgrade for my 2003 Wrangler TJ! I also installed an aftermarket gladiator style grille (also on a budget Revain) and these lights add a mean, serious look day or night. I installed and wired them up in about 20 minutes since my grill guard was already folded out of the way. The included wiring harness goes straight to the original lighting connectors without the included adapter. I connected the hot side to an open connection in the underhood fuse box - I don't remember exactly but in my case it was an empty relay slot with connections visible which I only checked when the car was running. Some people might want to turn on the lights and maybe dance or flash while parking, but I don't want to risk a "won't start" scenario until I get a dual-battery configuration to show off the goodies. The phone app for my android was easy to find, download and pair with the light controller. Oh I also used double sided tape to attach the lighting/bluetooth control box to the side of this PDU. Using lighting options in an app is easy to understand, and when you add some other RGB lighting effects, it seems like the same app can control all the devices to perform the same actions or different options. I simply set mine to a slow "pulse" from yellow to orange-red, which is noticeable and looks good day or night. The controller remembers what you last set up for it, so your phone doesn't need to be constantly connected or have Bluetooth for it to work properly. I will update if I encounter any problems. --- Great promotion! And also. The headlights are also much brighter than stock, whether it's low beam or high beam. ----- To update! I also ordered a kit for my new Wrangler JK in 2018 and am very satisfied. It still looks great, people commenting all the time, and kids stepping out of their car seats to look out the back window at my jeep's "eyes". A small fault was immediately fixed by the seller within one day. You simply can't go wrong with a purchase. Easy to install, simply remove the six plastic body anchors along the top grille rib, then a couple of torx screws around the headlight frame holding the headlight. Disconnect, reconnect etc. See my original review above. Get some and stand out from the crowd of "normal" jeeps.
