I finally replaced my joysticks last night. Joysticks work exactly as advertised. I only had to recalibrate one of them. This kit has everything you could possibly need other than the tools (which I already have and didn't want to pay for again). I haven't bothered to swap out my plastic locks for metal locks and I don't plan on using the little rubber joystick covers, but it's a nice touch. It's also great that they include extra screws in case someone rips them off (I didn't remove them but you have to be very careful). Feel free to buy this set and also take your time to install and understand that the right and left JoyCons are not exactly the same when you open them.
