My husband had a severe laceration on his lower leg that needed to be protected every day. After applying cream and a gauze pad, I wrapped it up to keep the gauze in place and protect it. It sticks to itself and is easy to apply. That would be enough for the whole day even with a little rain or sweat. Had it not been a very active day we would have reused it the next day. This box had a nice color scheme. I think it will also work as a bandage to protect sprained joints.
