Well, I've just started amassing a cosmetics collection made up of non-chemist products. This is a GREAT product to start with or just add to what you already have. My eyes are closed and I'm well into my 30's so glitter just doesn't suit me anymore. These shades are perfect for a casual look and you can also create a soft, glamorous look. They fit great and are very pigmented. They blend well and last all day without a primer. Bonus, the product has a pleasant scent. The most magical thing about it is that it's not 100% matte. There is only the subtlest. Shine (that's the best way I can describe it) from eyeshadow that doesn't do what a shimmer does to aging skin and doesn't fall off the skin. Applying a little to the inside of your hand and then smudging to fade the color can create a sheer shimmer. I think this is a really cool feature that makes colors stand out while still being matte for all intents and purposes. Definitely recommend. I hope this color collection will last for a long time because I will use them all.
