In a shaker, it immediately foams completely. To stir it more or less all - you need to shake the shaker once, wait 5 minutes and shake two and wait another 10 minutes until the foam dissolves (and even then not all). Bloating is hard, which has never been observed with Syntrax, Mutant and Maxler Reviews are clearly cheated by marketers. Even the most picky would not put more than 3 stars for this infernal mixture. I hope that the declared composition is at least remotely close to the truth.
