Not OEM but ok.

Took about a year. Give or take a month of slow dying before he finally gives up. It was definitely louder than the OEM, but not terrible. After a few months there was a clicking, uncomfortable but tolerable. Didn't mind buying to try a cheaper option but wouldn't buy again.
