The ability it gives me as an employee is very specific, I'm able easily search through my work history in this platform allowing easy access when needed by HR or anyone else within our organisation looking at previous roles held with another employer! Great software but sometimes can be slow loading if there are many records stored which may cause issues later down line after you've closed your account/ browser tab etc.. A great tool used regularly internally across multiple departments especially Health Care Providers (HCPS) where we use Coreaions throughout all years working here! Easy way too keep track & view past employment details so no need having separate spreadsheets / paper applications filled out again just log into one place.
