I wanted this, so I didn't have to reach for my phone when I needed the time or need to make sure something sits for an exact amount of time. To begin with, it isn't easy to set the time and date. And if you look up the actual timepiece, it's a cheap bulk clock, so it would explain it not being user-friendly. On top of that, the buttons are too easily triggered, so I constantly had to take it out of set up mode. So I really couldn't be sure the time was accurate or would lose my countdown.
