Poor Quality Balloons Ruined Decor
The balloons were a huge disappointment, they kept popping and deflating throughout the party. The "Just Married" garland was cute but couldnt save the whole set. The package read "Arts and Crafts" but it was clear that this was not designed for any sort of crafting purposes. Save your money and look elsewhere..
