I regret to state that OOOLED has not lived up to my expectations. Despite their user-friendly website and impressive product selection, the products I got lacked quality. Additionally, the shipping was delayed, and the customer support provided no assistance in resolving the problem. Additionally, I observed a lack of quality control because some of the delivered goods were flawed or were lacking components. In conclusion, I would advise anyone thinking about using OOOLED for lighting and home improvement needs to move cautiously and carefully inspect the goods upon arrival.
