I bought a set of two cartridges. This high yield toner cartridge initially worked well. Somewhere below 1000 copies/prints (1/4 of the amount he was supposed to give me) he started printing big, bold horizontal lines on every other printed sheet. I called the customer service number on the original packaging several times, but no one answered. I will no longer use this cartridge supplier. It's not an OEM deal if it doesn't perform at least half as well as HP cartridges over time. Honestly I was hoping it would work as well as the OEM and that I would get a lot of money for a lower price. Wishful thinking on my part I guess. Sometimes the old adage "you get what you pay for” applies. I think this purchase was one of those occasions where the saying is true.
