I am a first time mom and my baby spent 3 weeks in intensive care. When I brought him home he had a terrible diaper rash. I took him to the pediatrician twice, he said it was common diaper rash, constantly smeared diaper rash cream, and even gave me samples of the products they had in the office. I applied every cream I could find at our local retail store. Nothing helped, and one brand made it worse!
