I purchased this product based on the information provided and the reviews at the time. At first I was impressed with the sound quality for my height. However, charging is a scam with a cable that is about 18 inches long and plugging the cable into the device doesn't work at all, it doesn't stay connected. In the end, I taped the charging cable to the device to keep it from coming loose. There is NO written manual for the device, so you'll need to figure out what the different sounds when you turn it on, try to use the device, or the warning signs mean. I cannot recommend this device to anyone at this time. I threw my device and charging cable in the trash. Good luck when you buy!
