I love this foot massager! I've been using it for a week now and have tried several settings. My shoes are a size 8 and I have a lot of room in my foot which was a concern for me as I have a wide foot. In fact, having space means you need to be extra mindful of where your roller and compression feet are. It can be quite painful as it shrinks and the rollers are massaging baby's fingers in the wrong place! I suggest starting low on both settings and adjusting from there. I tend to use low for both and then go to medium for both, medium is pretty hard on compression. I tried it high once, just out of curiosity, and it was too intense for me. Trust me when I say it, it is. The rollers feel great on the sole of the foot and meld with the compression in all the right places. So make sure you adjust your foot if you don't feel like you're getting what you want, this is perfect. I'm trying to get more onto my foot where my toes touch the foot but it's a bit difficult. Heating is so-so. You can feel it a bit, but I don't really need much heat, so that's fine. I think it's for safety and even at altitude it's low. You can set 15 or 30 minutes. I suggest lower settings for a 30 minute massage due to the intensity factor, prolonged time at a higher intensity may cause your legs to ache later, and that's not the goal. 15 minutes is enough (low intensity, medium compression). The first day I did 15, then I waited a few hours and did another 15, it worked. I run and it's great for my legs which usually feel "cramped". I love that it has an interior that can be opened for washing, especially since others may want to enjoy this massager. It makes a noise that is noticeable but not loud or annoying. These are compressor sounds and some cutscenes. It's very easy to use and if the massage chair I ordered, should it ever come out, is even half as good, my choice to pair it with a very affordable massage chair instead of the $5,000 massage chair would definitely be a treat, so long I Wear It I can't decide where I'm going to put a giant real massage chair in my house and when I'm going to make this money expense. I highly recommend this foot massager, you won't be disappointed!
