Overall a great cable in terms of audio performance - it works great in my car, for my MP3 player and also for my phone and for my laptop's sound configuration so I'm very happy with the quality. My only minor issue is choosing to screw the connector cover onto the connector itself. When handling the cable I have a tendency for these parts of the cover to unscrew or loosen and loosen so I have to regularly screw the cover back over the plug and even when screwed down it can come loose again. I'm not sure about the design of the structure as I don't know why anyone would unscrew the connector's plug or need access to that area of the cable? It looks like they could glue it in place or attach it somehow so it doesn't come loose. I usually connect and disconnect them, so they often need to be dealt with. Maybe that's not a problem for those who just want to plug in the cord and never touch it again, but I do get a little annoyed when the lid doesn't fit tightly. It's no problem re-tightening, but every other cable I've used has a one-piece connector that won't come loose, which seems to be the best design. But the sound transmission is flawless and the cable was perfect. the length I needed and I love the step by step design that works with my phone in the case so otherwise I'm very happy with the purchase. Definitely recommended, but with awareness of the issue I mentioned. I don't know, maybe some cables don't have this issue, but it seems like other customers have had to deal with the screw part as well, so keep that design element in mind.
