The ease of viewing all policies is what I like best about this software, it's very user-friendly and helps to keep everyone in compliance with their policies. I dislike that you have to upload each policy into an individual file first before uploading them all at once so there are some manual tasks involved. Also, when we use our mobile devices or laptops for work purposes, the connection doesn't always go through properly which results in us having to start over again so be aware if your using wireless internet services during working hours. When I need to check someone out from sick leave I can just click on any one day or week and see where they stand regarding being able to return to normal duties.
