Excellent belt but the measurements are a complete mess - the belts run small. I usually wear a 30" waist (e.g. Levi's, Gap, American Eagle) and I had to choose the size of the 32" belt: it fits in the 3rd hole from the end (out of 7), where a properly fitting belt should be . Middle (4th hole) - size 34 would probably fit better but I didn't want to suffer. I find it typical for Docker that the pants are also small, 31 or 32 fits me, depending on the style. Otherwise great belt! Update: Leather quality deteriorates significantly after around 3 months of wear. Look at this picture.
