I very much doubted it would work for my cystic acne, but it's a miracle! My advice (which works for me) is 1. Add a pinch (1/8-1/4 teaspoon) of Dead Sea salt (not Epsom or any other salt)2. Use apple cider vinegar, not water3. Use it every 1-3 days when your skin is bad and then once or twice a week for maintenance. When it dries it doesn't pulsate, it itches so much you want to rip your skin off! That being said, I don't think letting it dry is more effective, just add a little more vinegar or even water around the edges and you'll start to itch. Redness only seems to be an issue on dry patches, so just keep your skin hydrated. It will disappear in an hour or two.3. It can clog the sink, shower or bath with frequent use, so be sure to rinse with plenty of water or even vinegar.
