Review on MonoSay by David Boone

The fact that I can create my own bots with ease, without any coding skills required! Also they are very helpful when it comes to support as well - their team always responds quickly (even at weekends!) if you need help or have questions about your account/bot etc. Sometimes there seems like some lag in between responses but this has been solved by now so don't worry too much :) Great product overall though!! Would love more languages available such German & French would be great! Have helped me automate our customer service chatbots which was previously manual work done one-by-one manually through emailing each of them individually after every conversation we had over phone lines / WhatsApp groups!!
