Reviews say order two sizes up and that seems to be true

Reviews say order two sizes up and it seems to be true, HOWEVER 4x is the max size and chest is at least 2 inches from the removes button and belly is 5 inches from buttons. Luckily I have a tailor who can alter the back so I can wear it to an event next month Wrist the radius of a two liter soda bottle, I'm a little tired of Revain's sizing being wrong.
