I bought a hooded rainbow dress for my 5 year old daughter from 7T. (It's very big and fits perfectly.) You could say it's a bit small. She usually wears a size 6-7 and a size 7 was just right. This is now one of my daughter's favorite dresses! She's been wearing it for over a month and it still looks great. It washes well and she likes that it's her warmest and most comfortable dress. People stop all the time and ask where I got it because it's so cute.
