Okay, instructions not great. I saw the power button on the remote and in front of the screen, but it won't turn on the device. Only the slide switch on the side is activated. This is not clear from the instructions. I've seen complaints about the kickstand but I think that's ok, also you have a built in kickstand in the back which I really like. The antenna is weighted to sit where you put it. , and the power and antenna cables are long. I received 15 stations with one antenna, which is to be expected for my region. Depending on how many channels are broadcast in your area, get more or less. This was purchased for power outages and to keep up with local weather patterns. I noticed the HTML input. I tried the cable box and even though the picture was there, I got an error message saying the display couldn't show video. Sounds like a codec (software) problem.
