Received yesterday, opened today. The quality is better than expected, all made of Chinese plastic. The board works, everything looks fine. The clamshell took a bit of fiddling, I'd recommend a small flat head screwdriver to push in the goodies that get stuck. Remember that once reassembled, a few special SlimJim tools are required to disassemble the plastic clamshell. It seems possible to do this, but it will take a lot of effort to do it without breaking. After you have installed all your cells, make sure they are fully functional before putting the lid on. I haven't tested it much, I assembled everything and started loading, but everything looks right. Not sure if it will take a few drops, but for $10 it's pretty good. If you get this, find out about 18650 cells and make sure you're using 8 identical batteries, all brand new. I don't want to bring together unmarried people or batteries with different chemistry.
