Review on Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner 150ml - Toner and Moisturizer for Softening and Moisturizing, Creamy and Milky Toner by Katie Richards

Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner is mild and moisturizing; looks and feels like diluted milk and flavorful (extra flavor). Not that bad. Not enough to stop using it (as I'm sensitive to smells), just unnecessary. And for some reason, this particular toner works better with hands than with cotton swabs. Whenever I pour this milky liquid into the thinnest balls, it soaks in and seems to disappear. I run it over my skin and feel almost nothing. Instead, I pour a few drops into my palm and lightly pat across my face to achieve the desired effect. Absorbed without residue; does not feel heavy, greasy or sticky. I've used this with Heimish Companion Moisturizer and they don't mix well together. Of the two, I prefer tonic. Surprisingly, the ship humidifier is not compatible. But you must read this separate review. This toner is "good". No real wow factor and I wish they would leave out the extra flavor.
