Made to Order Dr. Riggs' Rhelief contains one shaker bottle and five (5) drink mix additives. Medium sized shaker bottle with shaker ball. The black cap screws on from the top and the mouthpiece cap holds it tight enough during shaking to prevent leakage. The shaker bottle came with five sticks of drink mix. A mixture with about 8 ounces of water to shake. The powder dissolves quite quickly. It froths up a bit. It has a cherry flavor and is very pleasant to taste. I took the supplement post workout. My joints, especially my knees, are quite weak and hurt afterwards. After drinking the dietary supplement, I didn't feel the effects immediately, but I didn't feel any pain either. There was a lot of drink mix left over so I drank the other half the next day. At the same time, it retained the same taste. I would take this in lieu of meds/painkillers so I can hydrate and rejuvenate post workout.
