Revainrating 5 out of 5

An amazing landline phone system with features you didn't know you had until you got them!

Love this phone wow such great features most of which I didn't realize until I bought this system. To be honest I didn't need 5 phones but for the extra $10 I decided to keep one as a spare as spare phones cost a lot more than $10. For the price of the phone, it really was a steal. I wanted a phone system with long distance capability and this was the only phone Revain offered with this capability. I tried to talk myself out of it and literally spent 3 days researching phones, specs, reviews and prices before picking up this phone. Honestly, the purchase shouldn't have been questioned, but if I haven't learned anything from my employer, it should be due diligence for a major purchase. To be honest I love checking calls! The number of calls on my home phone has gone down by at least 80-90% and that's no exaggeration. Additionally, once you receive a call and add it to your approved list, they never have to leave their name again, they simply call them back. But don't make the mistake I made the first time I started it, I immediately pressed '1' and this only allows this one call and no future calls, you have to press '2' to keep that caller indefinitely allow time. I was in too much of a rush to choose and didn't finish listening to the options and only found my mistake when I couldn't quickly press '1' and heard that option '2' was the option I wanted really needed. Another feature I don't know what I need is importing my cell phone's address book right into the phone! Wow what a time saver, unfortunately it doesn't sync with the view but that's just a minor detail. Another surprise was the ability to answer my cell phone by phone and you can even add a second cell phone! Wow impressive. The phones also came with a belt clip, which was another feature that comes standard on many or none of the other phones I've researched. This was another feature I wasn't aware of, but I love that every phone has a belt clip. The reason I wanted a long range phone is because my house was built in the 1950's when it was actually solidly built, a bit too solidly built lol. In my bedroom, which is the furthest from the base station, it is very difficult to receive a signal, but with this phone I can hear and hear even in the courtyard on the boulevard! Thank you Vtech for this amazing phone. Life in a stucco house is like living in a Faraday cage when it comes to cell phones or anything wireless. Well, at least in my house, my old phone was so frustrating that I was beside myself, but this phone is AMAZING! I'm sure I sound like a cuckoo when it comes to the amazing features of this phone and my old phone was maybe 5-7 years old at most, but bluetooth, call filtering, cell phone address book access, etc. Nothing existed back then on sale and if there was something I probably wouldn't want to pay extra for it. I'm by no means the most tech-savvy person out there, but this phone is so easy to use that it made me feel like a rock star. So if you've read my review up to this point, what are you waiting for? Buy this phone and get ready to be blown away! I wasn't paid to write this review, I paid around $160-$190 for this system and it's worth every penny and more.
