Definitely 5 star shop and service. When a walkie-talkie came in from work, they quickly sent another without asking any questions. They work great and they even let me keep the original walkie talkies so I have 3 of them now. My grandkids live 2 blocks from me and are a lot of fun talking to them on walkie talkies. My 6 year old grandson has also started visiting friends in the neighborhood and it's a great way to keep in touch without an expensive cell phone. Calls are clear even between multiple houses and I like the calling feature. However, they will drain batteries if left on, even when not in use. For a few hours it doesn't matter but we left them on standby for 2 days and the batteries burned out. I wish they had a standby feature that wouldn't drain the batteries so much if left on. We've had a few falls and falls with it on both the pavement and tile, and aside from the battery cover popping out and having to be reattached or the torn battery having to be put back in place, I found them to be quite durable were.
