The best thing about this account is customization options! Almost everything can be customized to suit your needs or workflows better than any other system out there (at least in my experience). You have so many features available but not enough people who know how use them effectively - which leads me into next point :) There are too few resources/books online for someone just getting started with these tools as they seem very complicated at times when compared against some simpler systems I've used before. We're solving our billing issues quite well using ARI's integration platform called MangoConnector. Their support team has been extremely helpful throughout every step we took during implementation process from initial sales call through final product launch date including after-sales service contract fulfillment time period. While integrating their payments solution directly within Salesforce was super easy once set up properly. So far no real complaints since going live.
