The picture shows a beautiful dress. The size of the number is pretty accurate. Even if the length is slightly different. The 6 year old girl wears dresses quite often and the size matches her other dresses but it is a bit long at the waist which makes it look weird. The dress is slightly narrower above the waist, which is why it flatters the stomach. The tapered shape and waist length does not match the cut and hemline. It's an unflattering look, and it doesn't fit when she's walking. It bunches up somewhat, which, in addition to having the upper part of the waist removed, is a somewhat long dress at first. It just makes what looks like a cute dress not very attractive in real life. I'm sure if I make a few adjustments everything will be fine. It's a little expensive to invest more money to change it but my 6 year old doesn't even want to wear it. And she loves almost every dress she tries on. I will not buy this dress again and I would not advise anyone to buy it.
