This brush saved me $200! (That's the price of the low-emission hair straightening process at the "alternative holistic" salon chain I've been using for years.) It was only after extensive research on YouTube & Co. that I found a method to safely straighten my hair at home. I have very stubborn waves and need to add highlights to overworked hair. I used an extremely gentle perm to straighten my hair at home. Using this brush was my idea and unlike my YouTube "tutor" I outperformed it with mediocre results. My hair has totally relaxed and I no longer have to blow dry it in the morning! All I have to do in the morning is a cup of coffee and a pair of sunglasses! I'M OUT THE DOOR MUCH FASTER - FINALLY NO HAIR CARE FOR THE HAIR. :)
