Yes they stay in your ears! Even if I shake my head or do sports, they don't fall out. They're also magnetic, so you can put the charging case (with the earbuds) in your pocket while the earbuds stay in the case. Very easy to use and Bluetooth, just pair and go. Clear, clear sound. The best headphones you can get for this price. I always try to limit spending on headphones, charging cables and sunglasses because no matter how vigilant I am, sooner or later I will lose them. It's inevitable. They are excellent quality and cheap enough that if I lose them I won't beat myself up.
