I have several other assembly books and after the assembly course the teacher recommended this book. I didn't want to buy another matching book so I grabbed it from the local library. After careful reading, I understand why this MUST be the right book. This is definitely the best book of its kind. But you have to read, not just look at the pictures! I would recommend everyone to check it out in their library. Once you've read it, you want it. If you are new to sewing or have been sewing for many years, you will learn a great deal from this book. Although they don't feature male images, the fitting methods are similar. And they have a book on trying on pants, Pants for Real People: Fit and Sew for Any Body (Sewing for Real People series). [.].
