Good. I confess I was so confused when this cable arrived. I have a 6 foot extension cord that I use to connect my laptop to my TV. (Very old stuff I think). I couldn't understand why the 12 expansion wouldn't replace the smaller one. Eventually I was told that the keyword was EXTENSION. Not being a super competent person in this area, I now know that two plugs or an extension on my shorter cable would have worked. So I give 5 stars here. I have to add one more because of what I learned from this experience :-)
