the packaging was bad.
a little shampoo. The inside of the shampoo box was wet. Somehow the bottle of shampoo leaked. when I opened the lid. The seal was on but weakened. So some of the shampoo leaked out. The outside of the box was not wet. but what a mess to clean up. I have used the cleaner and did a good job.
