Please. DO NOT spend crazy money on already expensive gear and buy one of the cases from the makers of Remarkable. Yes. I really like this device (ReMarkable 2), but god, after what I paid for a tablet and a professional stylus, you'd think they could do a better deal in terms of the folio. None of the tomes on their website meet my needs, but they are ridiculously expensive. That's what I wanted. This is a standard and basic solution in terms of what each folio protects and what you want to protect your tablet from. That's easy. That's easy. It's simple and obvious. The folio has 2 pen holders. Yes, 2. And if you want to keep the original pen attached to the device itself with a magnet, these 2 mounts allow you to have a total of 3 pens to attach to your folio. I don't need 3, but I have an alternate Bran stylus that I like to use better than the wonderful original stylus, so thanks for giving me a place to keep. There is a hand/wrist mount on the back. Not perfect, but more than what I started with. There is an additional elastic that wraps around the entire folio when closed to keep it closed, or wraps around the back when open to hold it open and prevent the back from dangling. (Like a little rubber band on a moleskin notepad.) It looks well built and doesn't block any of the buttons or ports (all 2 at least). Its construction and quality is no better than almost any other universal tablet holder in this price range, but guess what, it does the job and I'm not looking for a ReMarkable Otterbox, I just want it to hold the thing, something offers buffers the sides when I dropped it didn't interfere with my general use and it fits the whole perfectly. It looks like leather. I'm sure it isn't. This is MUCH better than the previous folio I tried, here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08R8GMZG5?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image I really liked this folio too, although I didn't mind has brought all the features i wanted. It's lighter than that and feels sleek and sexy (although I'm pretty sure it's made from cheap ingredients). It was a bit sexy but he used double sided tape to hold the tablet. was so strong that I risked breaking the tablet when removing it. π³ It's pretty scary to see part of your device open when you try to peel it off the tape. While it felt good in some ways, sexier, velvety, lighter and thinner, I have to say that I appreciate this one a lot more and this one has more built-in features that I really need. Use a different one if you're careful with the wand and want a thinner and lighter profile. Don't worry about extras other than a screen protector. (Important when you have cats that will run on whatever surface you leave lying around. ^_^) Best!
