I like that it's easy for people in different time zones or at home to communicate without having to be physically there together, which helps when you're working remotely! There are also some other features such as video meetings where we can see each others faces but still have text chat available - very handy! It does take quite long sometimes before someone responds if they've been away from their computer (or phone). They need more ways of contacting them quickly so everyone knows what's going on even if one person doesn't respond right away. Also would love if it was possible to send files quicker than via email attachments etc., rather than just links/URLs. Use this service whenever your team needs quick communication between members who don't know exactly how things will go ahead when using normal methods. We were able to use knock to do presentations while meeting virtually online through Zoom.
