I love this training tank! This top is so flattering and has amazing support, love that it gives you a little boost on its own! The material is of excellent quality and wicks away moisture. I've worn it while hiking in 100F in Utah and never felt/looked wet or sticky. It was very comfortable and stretchy and stayed in place all day too, I wore it with a zipper and had no problem pulling it up. I actually ordered more in other colors because I really liked it! For reference, I'm 5ft 5in, 145lbs, 36in and bought the medium size which fits me perfectly. I also bought a small one but sent it back, it was too tight in the bust area because the cups are on the smaller side. So if you have a large bust, I recommend going up a size.
